5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Netvly retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

We treat client project details as confidential and will not share proprietary information with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver the contracted services or by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netvly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the relevant project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Netvly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
